I ordered this expecting it to arrive within the timeframe they gave, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer. I get that delays can happen, but I wish I’d had a clearer update so I could plan better. Next time, I’d probably order earlier just to be safe

"Checkout was more frustrating than I expected"
The checkout process was kind of annoying. The order page kept glitching or messing up while I was trying to finish my purchase, which made it take way longer than it should have. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than expected.

"Packaging was solid"
My order from Monstrum Tactical showed up packed really well. The box wasn’t all beat up or anything, and everything inside had good padding so nothing was sliding around.
I also liked that it didn’t feel overdone, just neat and secure. It arrived in good shape, so yeah, pretty much no complaints from me.

I put this mount on and at first it seemed totally fine, held good and didn’t give me any trouble. After a couple trips to the range though, I noticed it had shifted a bit and I had to snug it back down. Maybe that’s normal, or maybe I just didn’t tighten it enough the first time, but either way I had to mess with it again. It’s not a bad mount, especially for the price, but I wouldn’t call it rock solid. I’d probably still buy it, just keep a wrench with you.

I gave it a try once, but the overall experience didn’t really leave a lasting impression. The support was okay at best, polite enough, but kind of meh, and there wasn’t anything that made me feel like I had a strong reason to return.

"Return process was such a hassle"
Trying to return my order was, way more annoying than it needed to be. The replies took a while, and the exchange details were unclear, so I ended up wasting time just trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. I probably wouldn’t order again, unless they make the return process easier.

I put it on the glass looks really clean and clear. It gives everything a sharp, polished look. Then out of nowhere I was like, wait, why does this make the whole setup look way fancier?

"Not really worth what I paid"
I bought a scope mount and, it does the job okay, but when I took it out of the package and actually handled it, it just felt a lot cheaper than I expected for the price, and while the shipping was perfectly fine and nothing went wrong there, I still came away feeling like I probably could’ve found something just as good for less money

They took a little longer to get back to me than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, they did end up fixing the issue. Not the fastest support experience, but it got handled.

"Surprisingly solid right away"
I figured this might feel a little flimsy, but I pretty much judged it the moment I started using it and it felt sturdier than expected. It’s been knocked around a bit now and still feels solid. No loose screws, no weird rattling, nothing annoying so far. Happy with how it’s holding up.

I did get it on in the end!!! But the instructions could’ve been a lot clearer... Took me a while messing around with it to get everything lined up right. It wasn’t awful or anything!! Just definitely not as quick or easy as I thought it would be..
